Join a rapidly expanding corporate team in Birmingham as an Associate or Senior Associate. The team advises on a broad range of mid-market corporate work, including acquisitions and disposals, management buy-ins/outs, private equity and venture capital investments and equity capital markets transactions.

You will work within a national corporate service line alongside experienced specialists (tax, competition, IP, real estate, banking, employment and regulatory) and gain exposure to clients ranging from listed and unlisted companies to PE/VC-backed businesses and ambitious founder teams.

The role offers structured training, regular client-facing responsibility and support for business development and career progression. You will handle your own matters, contribute to deal delivery and help develop more junior colleagues in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered); 2-6 years' PQE.
Experience on mid-market M&A and/or PE/VC and/or ECM transactions.
Strong technical drafting, analytical and commercial skills; ability to manage workload and deadlines.
Enthusiasm for business development and working as part of a collaborative team.
