Corporate Associate — M&A, London

London office of a leading US law firm is seeking a US‑qualified corporate associate to join its M&A team. The group advises growth‑stage technology, life sciences and other high‑growth companies, plus their investors, on strategic transactions and cross‑border deals.

The role will focus predominantly on M&A work: drafting and negotiating definitive agreements, managing transactional processes and supporting clients through exits and growth transactions. The team values collaborative, client‑facing lawyers who contribute to a fast‑paced practice and support junior lawyer development.

• US‑qualified (JD and active membership of a US state bar required).
• Approximately 2–6 years PQE in corporate/M&A or other strategic transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating definitive transaction agreements and managing deal processes.
• Strong technical drafting, commercial judgment, and interpersonal/client management skills.
• Cross‑border transaction experience and familiarity with tech/VC market practice desirable.
