Corporate Associate — M&A & Private Equity, New York

Well-established international firm is seeking a mid‑level to senior corporate associate for the New York office. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions across a range of industry sectors.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading transactional workstreams, drafting and negotiating key deal documents, managing client relationships, and supervising junior associates. The team handles sophisticated, high‑stakes matters for corporate and sponsor clients.

• 4–6 years of post‑qualification transactional experience (M&A and private equity preferred)
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills on purchase agreements, equity/debt documentation and related transaction documents
• Experience managing client relationships and supervising junior associates
• Comfort working on multiple, time‑sensitive matters for sophisticated clients
