Apply in confidence →Senior corporate associate role supporting a growing M&A and transactional practice in Seattle. The position will focus on general corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, financings, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and entity counseling.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and supporting M&A and financing transactions, drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documents, advising on governance and entity structuring, and providing hands-on counseling to emerging and growth-stage clients. The role involves collaboration across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters and supervision of junior lawyers and support staff.

- 5–9 years of corporate and transactional experience (AmLaw firm or sophisticated boutique experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience managing significant portions of M&A transactions and/or financings
- Strong drafting, analytical, project-management, and client-communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume practice; experience supervising junior associates or paralegals
- Admission to the Washington State Bar or ability to waive in
