Corporate Associate – M&A

We are seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join our fast-growing corporate team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious lawyers to progress quickly, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) work.

The corporate team has a strong national presence and provides the full range of corporate services, including private equity, equity capital markets, business sales, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years' PQE
• Strong technical skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and provide sound commercial advice
• Understanding of clients' needs and expectations
• Flexible approach, with willingness to work outside normal office hours when required
