Corporate Associate — M&A & Transactions, Seattle

Mid-level corporate associate role on a busy transactional team in Seattle. The group handles strategic transactions and financings for companies across growth stages, as well as corporate governance and complex commercial contracting.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of transactional experience, including work with LLCs and private-company M&A. The role offers regular collaboration with experienced practitioners on matters handled at a national level and a hybrid working model.

• Experience with complex commercial agreements and corporate governance
