Leading national law firm seeks a corporate associate to join its Ann Arbor corporate transactions team. The role focuses on complex M&A and venture transactions, including work with emerging and early-stage companies, in a collaborative, high-volume practice.

The position requires client-facing experience, the ability to supervise junior lawyers, and comfort managing multiple sophisticated matters. The team offers structured professional development within a collegial national corporate practice.

2-3 years post-qualification transactional experience, with M&A and/or venture work
Experience with corporate governance, commercial contracts, and technology/license agreements preferred
Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice and to manage competing priorities
Strong drafting, research and analytical skills; excellent interpersonal and client-service abilities
Interest in mentoring and supervising junior associates
