We are seeking a mid- to senior-level corporate associate to join a busy capital markets team in the Ann Arbor office. The role focuses on public and private capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, debt issuances and securitizations, working on complex securities matters for a diverse client base.

The team handles both transactional and securities-compliance work; successful candidates will work closely with partners and cross-practice groups on deal execution, disclosure drafting, and regulatory matters.
