A national US corporate department is seeking an associate to join its mergers & acquisitions team. The role is open across multiple US offices and will support a broad range of corporate transactions for middle‑market and strategic clients.

The successful candidate will work on deal execution, drafting transactional documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with cross‑border and industry teams as needed. This is a hands‑on role with significant client exposure and opportunities to develop transactional expertise.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction
Experience in M&A/corporate transactions and transactional drafting (associate level)
Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage deal timelines
Excellent written and oral communication skills and a collaborative team approach
