Corporate Associate — San Francisco

Seek a 2–3 year corporate associate to join a highly collaborative technology-focused corporate group in San Francisco. The role offers broad transactional exposure across venture capital, late-stage private financings, capital markets (including IPO work), corporate governance and SEC reporting, with opportunities to work on matters across the company lifecycle.

The team emphasizes training on both technical work and client relationship development. Candidates should be ready to contribute on deal execution, diligence and disclosure projects while learning from senior practitioners in a supportive platform.

• 2–3 years of corporate transactional experience (venture capital, capital markets, and/or securities work)
• Experience with SEC reporting, governance and public company matters preferred
• Strong academic record and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced transactions; preference for San Francisco-based candidates
