Growing corporate practice is seeking a securities/capital markets associate to join its U.S. team with openings in Boston or New York. The role focuses on representing issuers, underwriters and public companies on SEC-related offerings, periodic reporting and corporate governance matters.

Ideal candidates will work both independently and collaboratively across a national corporate platform, handling complex transactions and compliance matters while advancing toward an on-track partnership path. The team expects regular office presence (approximately 60% on-site) in line with published hybrid guidelines.

JD or LLM from an ABA‑accredited law school
Admission or eligibility for admission in Massachusetts or New York
2+ years of securities / capital markets experience (representing issuers and underwriters/placement agents in ’33 Act offerings and advising public companies on ’34 Act filings, reporting and governance)
Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent legal analysis
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, stay organized and maintain attention to detail
Proven ability to collaborate effectively on team-based matters
