Top-tier national law firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its securities/capital markets group. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will focus on securities work that supports public and private transactions and related disclosure and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will work on deal execution, preparation and review of disclosure documents and SEC/regulatory filings, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices. The position offers exposure to varied securities matters and the opportunity to develop transactional and regulatory experience.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Prior experience in securities, capital markets, or public company reporting (associate-level experience preferred)
Strong drafting and editing skills with attention to disclosure and regulatory detail
Ability to work collaboratively across offices and manage multiple matters under deadline
