Corporate Attorney (1-2 years) — Corporate, San Francisco

A respected, nationally recognized corporate practice in San Francisco is seeking a 1st- to 2nd-year corporate attorney to join its transactional team. The role involves work on financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters for high-growth and public/private company clients.

The team handles a mix of emerging growth and traditional transactional matters and looks for associates who have trained in a national or international law firm environment. The group offers a comprehensive benefits package and standard firm leave and wellness programs.

• 1-2 years of corporate transactional experience (PQE 1-2 years)
• Experience with financings, M&A and general corporate work for high-growth or public/private companies
• Prior experience in a national or international law firm corporate department
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
