Corporate & Capital Markets Junior Associate — Luxembourg

Join a growing Luxembourg corporate and capital markets team advising international corporates, private equity, investment managers and financial institutions on M&A, restructurings, financings and related transactional work. The role offers exposure to cross-border matters and collaboration with other practice areas and international offices.

The successful candidate will support deal delivery across the transaction lifecycle: due diligence, drafting and reviewing corporate documentation, supporting signing and closing processes, and post-closing matters, while developing increasing autonomy under supervision.

The office offers a structured training environment, international client exposure and clear progression opportunities within an expanding practice. Hybrid working is available subject to role requirements and manager approval.

• Law degree; training in Luxembourg law or equivalent legal qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years' post-qualification / relevant transactional experience in a law firm or corporate M&A environment.
• Practical experience or interest in M&A, corporate restructurings, financings, due diligence and corporate governance matters.
• Strong drafting, research and transaction-management skills; rigorous, organised and able to manage competing priorities.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages an advantage. Team-player attitude and willingness to learn.
