Join a leading international law firm’s Luxembourg corporate team advising on complex domestic and cross‑border M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings and high‑value commercial agreements. The role involves integrated work with antitrust, finance, capital markets, tax, employment and real‑estate specialists to deliver coordinated transaction and governance advice.

The team acts for corporates, private equity and other investors on public and private transactions and provides ongoing corporate governance and regulatory support. The post offers exposure to international clients and technically sophisticated, transactional work within a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Qualified lawyer, already admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or able to register promptly
5–7 years' post‑qualification experience in M&A/corporate transactions, preferably gained at a top law firm
Fluent English and German; French highly desirable, Luxembourgish an asset
Strong analytical and commercial judgment, clear drafting and advisory skills, and a collaborative team approach
