We are seeking an experienced corporate and capital markets associate to join a growing Luxembourg practice advising international corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses and investment funds. The role has a strong focus on corporate and M&A work alongside equity and debt capital markets matters, including securitisation and private debt structures.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings, joint ventures, management incentive plans and PE/VC transactions, collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and international offices. The role involves managing workstreams with an appropriate level of autonomy and supporting the development of junior lawyers.

The office offers exposure to cross-border transactions, a structured training environment and hybrid working arrangements.

Law degree (Master’s level or equivalent); further specialisation in corporate, finance or capital markets law is an asset
4–6 years’ post-qualification experience with solid corporate and M&A exposure, ideally gained in Luxembourg or another international financial centre
Hands-on experience of equity/debt capital markets (including securitisation/private debt) and private equity matters
Strong technical ability, commercial judgement, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams
Comfortable supervising junior lawyers and working collaboratively in international teams
Fluent English and French; additional languages advantageous
