Senior M&A Lawyer — Corporate, Luxembourg

Senior corporate lawyer role within a specialist M&A team advising on domestic and cross-border transactions, private equity matters, restructurings and general corporate work. The team handles complex deals and provides commercial corporate advice to international clients.

• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in M&A at a law firm
• Law degree (strong academic record preferred); LL.M. from an English/US university an advantage
• Fully qualified lawyer in relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Fluent written and spoken English, German and French
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and client-service focus
