This role sits in a specialist corporate energy team working on transactional mandates across the UK. The team offers market-facing deal work, collaborative senior support and opportunities to develop a visible renewable energy practice.

Qualified solicitor/barrister with corporate law experience and a focus on energy sector work.
Practical experience on renewable energy transactions (e.g. project acquisitions, disposals or investor-side work).
Eligible for or registered with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland.
