Join a busy real estate team advising on renewable energy projects. The role offers exposure to land and property work across a range of technologies, acting for developers, funders and other stakeholders on Scottish renewable schemes.

The team provides strong training and mentoring, with scope to take ownership of files and develop commercially-focused skills. There is also opportunity to contribute to business development as the practice grows.

Qualified solicitor in the relevant jurisdiction with 1–4 years' PQE.
Experience in real estate work for energy or infrastructure projects, ideally including site acquisition, leases, consent conditions and title due diligence.
Good commercial judgement, strong drafting and client-facing skills.
Interest in business development and working in a collaborative specialist team.
