- JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the hiring office jurisdiction
- Approximately 3 years of relevant environmental law experience (law firm or government experience preferred)
- Experience supporting environmental aspects of M&A, financing, securities or real estate transactions, including due diligence and disclosure
- Familiarity with federal and state environmental statutes and regulatory processes (e.g., CERCLA, RCRA, CAA, CWA, TSCA) and ESG/climate considerations
- Strong legal research, drafting, communication and project-management skills; ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams
