National law firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join its finance and banking team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will support a broad range of corporate finance matters, including financings, loan documentation and related corporate work.

The successful candidate will work on deal execution, draft and negotiate financing documentation, and collaborate with partners and cross‑functional teams. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to sophisticated lenders, borrowers and commercial counterparties.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Experience working on corporate finance or banking transactions (associate-level experience preferred).
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment on loan and security documentation.
Ability to manage deal timelines, work collaboratively and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
