Join a well-established corporate finance team in Hong Kong advising on securities, listings and related regulatory work. The role offers exposure to both private and public M&A, takeovers and Hong Kong listing matters within a busy practice handling matters for local and international clients.

You will work alongside experienced lawyers and corporate finance specialists on transaction execution, regulatory compliance and client relationship management. There are strong prospects for professional development for candidates with solid transactional experience and excellent credentials.

Qualified in Hong Kong or an overseas jurisdiction with approximately 2 years' post-qualification experience.
Good knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and securities regulatory framework; listing experience advantageous.
Proven corporate transactional experience, including work involving listed companies.
High level of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); ability to read and write simplified and traditional Chinese characters.
Motivated, proactive and client-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
