Join a top-tier corporate finance team in Hong Kong advising on a wide spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, with a heavy emphasis on private and public M&A, takeovers and privatisations. The role offers direct client-facing work on Hong Kong and cross-border matters and exposure to regulatory and listing-rule issues.

Responsibilities include advising on M&A transactions and takeover and privatisation processes, supporting clients on Hong Kong listing rules and securities compliance, and handling complex disclosure and securities regulatory issues. The team manages matters for local and international clients and provides significant opportunity for hands-on transactional experience.

Qualified in Hong Kong or an overseas jurisdiction with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and Securities & Futures regulatory framework
Proven experience on private and public M&A and transactional work, including matters involving listed companies
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); ability to read/write simplified and traditional Chinese characters
Motivated, proactive team player with strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
