Leading Swiss office seeks a partner to join its Zurich corporate, finance and banking practice. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital matters, advising sponsors, investors and corporates on complex transactions.

The successful candidate will take a senior role in originating and leading deals, working alongside established partners across corporate and finance teams. There is scope to bring and grow a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in corporate and/or finance transactions, with a focus on private equity and venture capital
Proven track record of originating and leading complex cross-border deals
Strong network in the Swiss market and demonstrable business development ability; openness to a portable practice
Admission or eligibility to practise in Switzerland (or equivalent qualification) and excellent client-facing skills
