Senior hire to join a respected law firm's Zurich finance and capital markets team. The role focuses on leading and originating work across banking, finance and securities matters, with particular emphasis on capital markets transactions.

The partner will manage client relationships, supervise deal teams and contribute to practice growth and strategy in Switzerland. The team is open to candidates with a portable practice who can develop new business opportunities.

Established partner or equivalent senior-level experience in finance, banking and capital markets.
Proven track record advising on securities and capital markets transactions.
Demonstrable client development skills; candidates with a portable practice encouraged to apply.
Admitted or able to advise in the relevant Swiss jurisdiction(s) and comfortable working in an international practice environment.
