Proven partner‑level experience in finance and banking transactions (syndicated lending, acquisition finance, or related areas).
Demonstrable client origination and relationship management skills; portable practice welcomed.
Track record of leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Commercial focus and ability to develop business in the Zurich market.
