Seat as a lateral partner to lead and expand corporate and finance work from the Zurich office of a leading international law firm. The role covers private equity and venture capital transactions alongside general corporate and financing mandates, advising strategic and sponsor clients across cross‑border deals.

The firm is seeking a commercially minded partner who will take responsibility for originating business, developing client relationships and contributing to team growth. The team offers a platform for partners with a portable practice to scale their activity within an established international platform.

Established partner-level experience in corporate and/or finance transactions, with a focus on private equity and/or venture capital.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice is desirable.
Track record of leading deals and managing teams on cross-border matters.
Fluent English; additional language skills relevant to Switzerland are an advantage.
