Senior partner role in the Zurich office for a team specialising in bankruptcy/restructuring and finance & banking. The role combines leadership on complex restructuring matters with finance-related mandates, including work with domestic and cross-border aspects.

The firm is looking for an experienced partner to lead and grow the practice in Zurich, take ownership of client relationships and contribute to business development. Candidates should be comfortable managing matters end-to-end and mentoring more junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in insolvency/restructuring and finance & banking.
Proven ability to originate and develop client work; portable practice or demonstrable business-generation record preferred.
Experience managing complex, often cross-border, matters and leading teams.
Strong commercial judgment and client-management skills.
