Seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join the Beijing office of a major international law firm. The role focuses on cross-border M&A and related corporate transactions, together with regulatory work including sanctions, CFIUS reviews and export-control matters.

The successful candidate will work on complex, high‑value cross-border matters in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating with colleagues across Asia, the US and Europe.

3–5 years' corporate transactional experience with a strong focus on cross‑border M&A, at a large international firm or leading PRC firm with international practice
Mandarin native fluency and strong professional English
Admission to a U.S. bar
Experience or interest in regulatory compliance matters (sanctions, CFIUS, export controls) preferred
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
PRC legal qualification preferred
