Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate team. The role focuses on leading transactional work, particularly mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and related corporate matters for middle‑market and sophisticated clients.

The successful candidate will take a frontline role in originating and executing complex transactions, supervising deal teams and developing client relationships across the region. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced private‑practice corporate attorney with an established, portable practice.

Partner-level private practice experience in corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A and corporate governance.
Proven track record of originating and managing deals and supervising junior lawyers.
Portable client relationships / book of business appropriate to a partner hire.
Admission to the Texas bar (or eligibility) and strong commercial judgment.
