Established US law firm is seeking an experienced corporate partner to join its New York corporate practice. The role will focus on leading M&A and transactional matters and advising boards and management on corporate governance issues.

The successful candidate will take a client-facing leadership role on complex deals, manage and develop a team of lawyers, and help grow the practice in the New York market. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate work is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and transactional work
Strong record of client development and relationship management; portable business welcomed
Track record managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
US law qualification and admission to practice in New York (or eligibility)
