An established dispute resolution team is seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer to join its Bristol office. The role sits in a top-tier litigation practice handling high-value and complex commercial disputes across a range of sectors.

The successful candidate will manage costs budgets and bills, support costs negotiations and hearings, and provide technical costs advice to fee-earners. The team offers hybrid working, a collaborative culture and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and internal training.

Qualified Costs Lawyer or Costs Draftsman with law degree, LPC and/or CILEX qualification, with experience in a litigation costs team.
Proven experience managing a personal costs caseload end-to-end, including budgets, bills of costs and costs negotiations; familiarity with LAA Costs Assessment Guidance and the CPR.
Experience of criminal costs is advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to meet internal and external deadlines.
Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication and collaborative working skills.
