Counsel, Immigration — Austin

Senior counsel role in a large, national immigration practice. The position focuses on high-volume business immigration matters and offers flexibility, including the option to work remotely for candidates who reside in a state where the firm maintains a physical office.

This is a non-shareholder track role without partner-level administrative or client-development expectations. The team advises domestic and international employers on strategies for transferring and retaining skilled employees across borders.

• Juris Doctor and active license to practice in primary state of residence; must remain in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney.
• Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice.
• Strong case-management, research and legal writing skills (affidavits/briefs), with excellent proofreading and time-management abilities.
