Seeking an experienced Counsel to join a leading international law firm's Sydney real estate team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hands-on responsibility across a broad range of corporate real estate matters in a collaborative, high-quality practice.

Typical work will include advising on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, platform transactions and general property matters; drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts; and liaising with counterparties and external advisers. The role also involves supervising and mentoring junior real estate lawyers.

Australia-qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate
Significant post-qualification experience in corporate real estate, including leasing
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers (law firm or in-house team preferred)
