Join a global firm's Knowledge & Training team as a Professional Support Lawyer providing practice-focused knowhow and practical guidance to corporate lawyers. The role centres on keeping lawyers up to date with legal and regulatory developments, producing client-facing and internal briefings, and ensuring templates and precedent clause banks are accurate and accessible.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and standardising templates (and supporting template automation), curating and sharing post‑deal knowhow, delivering targeted training and updates, and analysing forthcoming legal and regulatory changes to produce concise summaries and briefings for fee earners.

Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–7 years' PQE in commercial law, ideally with strong M&A experience
Practical experience across private M&A, joint ventures, reorganisations and company law advisory work; exposure to finance transactions advantageous
Excellent drafting and legal writing skills, strong attention to detail and high commercial awareness
Experience or interest in knowledge management, template creation/standardisation and delivering training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with partners and fee earners across teams
Available for a part-time arrangement (approximately 3–4 days per week)
