Experienced employment attorney wanted to join a national cross-border employment practice as a senior associate or of counsel. The role focuses on advising multinational employers on a broad range of international labor and employment issues that arise with global workforces.

This position is fully remote and offers opportunities to contribute to thought leadership, client-facing projects, and global practice initiatives. The team seeks an entrepreneurial, client-focused lawyer comfortable handling complex, multi-jurisdictional legal questions and designing practical, risk-based solutions.

  • Juris Doctor and active U.S. bar membership in good standing.
  • Minimum 8+ years of U.S. labor & employment experience.
  • Demonstrated cross-border employment experience; Asia‑Pacific and Middle East experience strongly preferred.
  • In-house experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, writing, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple matters, analyzing novel multi-jurisdictional issues, and providing practical client advice.
  • Proficiency with common productivity and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Zoom/Teams, document management).
