Join a global, rankings-recognized law firm’s growing cyber and data privacy team based in Miami. The team acts for cyber insurers and corporate clients, providing breach response, incident management and nationwide litigation defence across multiple jurisdictions.

The role offers collaboration with a global cyber practice, substantive hands-on work on incident response and regulatory matters, and opportunities to develop litigation skills. The firm supports professional development through mentoring, business development training and internal mobility.

2–6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in cyber/privacy, incident response or federal litigation.
Experience in cyber incident response, regulatory investigations, or defending privacy-related litigation; or 3–6 years federal litigation experience handling pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions and courtroom advocacy.
Strong written and oral advocacy and client-facing skills; ability to manage crisis response under pressure.
Spanish fluency highly desirable.
