Teams hiring for this role are based in multiple U.S. offices; candidates may be considered for Boston, Miami, Richmond, Washington, D.C., or New York. The group values strong writing, analytic ability, and client-facing experience.

Candidates should be prepared to contribute to pro bono work and to collaborate closely with colleagues across offices. Admission to the state bar for the office where the associate will work is preferred and must be obtained within one year of hire if not already held.

3–5 years post-qualification insurance coverage experience (policyholder or insurer side)
Litigation experience, including briefing and courtroom exposure
Strong analytical and written advocacy skills; attention to detail in policy interpretation
Comfort working directly with clients and demonstrating initiative
Willingness to handle pro bono matters and focus on client service
Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction preferred; required within one year if not already admitted
