Join a national Representations & Warranties Insurance (RWI) underwriting group as a staff attorney supporting insurance underwriting and advisory work tied to M&A transactions. The role focuses on reviewing private M&A transaction documents and due diligence, identifying transactional risks, and helping structure and issue RWI coverage.

You will coordinate with subject-matter experts, underwriters and brokers, and counsel on coverage positions and policy language. The position requires timely responsiveness, strong drafting and analytic skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters under deal-driven deadlines.

Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in corporate, M&A or other transactional practice.
Experience reviewing transaction documentation, due diligence and identifying warranty/exposure issues.
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Experience procuring or negotiating RWI on behalf of deal parties is a strong plus.
