Leading national practice group is seeking a mid‑level litigation associate to join its Cyber/Data/Privacy team. The role is open to candidates for our New York, San Francisco, Chicago or Washington, DC offices and will focus on regulatory enforcement matters and privacy/data‑security litigation.

Typical matters include defending data‑breach and related class actions, and handling investigations brought by state attorneys general, the FTC and other regulators. The team is multidisciplinary and handles cross‑border matters; the role involves significant client contact, project ownership and collaborative work across offices.

4–6 years of litigation and/or regulatory investigations experience with a focus on privacy, data security or consumer protection
Experience defending data‑privacy class actions and/or responding to regulator investigations (e.g., state AG, FTC)
Proven analytical and drafting skills and strong academic credentials
Comfortable engaging directly with clients and leading significant projects; general tech fluency
