Top-tier national law firm has multiple openings across U.S. offices for associates to join its Debt Finance practice. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors in a range of debt financings, including secured lending and acquisition financing.

Successful candidates will work on transaction execution — closing, drafting and negotiating financing documents, preparing issues lists, and supporting syndicated and complex financings. The position provides exposure to high-quality deal teams and varied transactions across industries.

JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
1–3 years of transactional experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financings
Working knowledge of secured lending and Article 9 UCC concepts; experience with closing mechanics and drafting financing documentation
Familiarity with acquisition financing, commitment letters, and debt securities (high-yield or convertible notes) preferred
Prior training at a large law firm, demonstrated attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
