The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on debt financing matters, with regular responsibility for secured lending, document drafting and transaction closings.

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in debt financings (lender, borrower and/or sponsor representation)
- Working knowledge of secured lending and Article 9 UCC principles; experience with closings and drafting transaction documents
- Familiarity with acquisition financing, commitment letters and debt securities (including high‑yield/convertible notes) preferred
- JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school, strong academic record, and prior training at a large law firm
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters, strong attention to detail, and excellent drafting skills
