Growing finance team in a leading international firm is seeking a Debt Finance Attorney with 1–5 years' experience. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters, with regular involvement in secured lending and acquisition financings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents, preparing issues lists, and supporting closings. Candidates will work across multi-disciplinary deals and receive formal training, mentorship and firm-wide benefits.

The role is open across multiple offices. The expected annual pay range for this position is $225,000–$365,000 (final offer dependent on location and experience). The firm offers comprehensive elective and core benefits including parental leave and fertility support.

JD (or equivalent) and strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
1–5 years' experience in debt finance representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
Working knowledge of secured lending and experience supporting/closing transactions
Experience drafting negotiating documents and preparing issues lists; familiarity with Article 9 and acquisition financing preferred
Prior training at a large law firm, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
