Seeking an associate with 1–3 years' post-qualification experience to join a London-based derivatives and trading team. The role offers early responsibility on transactional and advisory matters across a broad range of derivative products and trading arrangements.

The team advises global asset managers, hedge funds, broker-dealers and financial institutions on structuring, negotiating and executing bespoke derivative instruments and related trading documentation. Work is collaborative, partner-led and routinely cross-border, with exposure to regulatory, tax and dispute-resolution issues.

Strong training and mentoring are provided, with regular involvement in client-facing matters and opportunities to develop technical and commercial skills within a compact, specialist practice.

1–3 years' PQE (qualified solicitor)
Experience drafting and negotiating derivatives and trading documentation (e.g. repos, stock loans, securities financing, OTC and exchange-traded derivatives)
Comfort with transactional, document-management and execution processes for fund launches and day-to-day trading matters
Ability to work on cross-border matters and coordinate with regulatory, tax and disputes specialists
