Disease Solicitor — Litigation

We are seeking a Solicitor/CILEX or Associate to join an established industrial disease litigation team. The role is open across multiple regional offices in the UK and involves handling claims for large insurer and self‑insured corporate clients.

You will manage a personal caseload of litigated noise‑induced hearing loss (NIHL), HAVS/WRULD and/or asbestos‑related injury claims, drafting strategy reports, pleadings and advice, conducting legal research, and attending conferences, court and client meetings. The team works collaboratively across offices and supports development and client‑facing activity.

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (NQ to Associate level considered)
• Experience in litigation; prior involvement with NIHL, HAVS/WRULD and/or asbestos claims preferred
• Proven case‑management skills, ability to meet deadlines and targets
• Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills; confident with client and counsel interactions
• Commercial, client‑focused approach with good interpersonal and IT skills; willingness to contribute to business development
