Dispute Resolution & Litigation Lawyer — Brisbane

Join a busy commercial disputes team in Brisbane handling a diverse caseload for government, regulated entities, listed companies and SMEs. The practice offers exposure to regulatory investigations, judicial review and complex government advisory and dispute work.

The role involves working on a high‑profile Commonwealth matter as part of a multidisciplinary national team, with opportunities for client engagement, substantive drafting and court work. This is a hands‑on role where you will both take responsibility for files and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.

• 2–4 years post-admission litigation experience (commercial disputes focus)
• Proven drafting, research and advocacy skills; strong analytical ability
• Experience working with government or regulatory matters and/or investigations a plus
• Ability to manage workflows and supervise junior staff in a busy team environment
• Eligible for or able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
