Seeking a junior to mid‑level associate to join a corporate team focused on emerging companies, startups, and venture capital transactions. The role provides hands‑on responsibility on financings, strategic transactions, and governance matters for technology and high‑growth clients.

Work will include supporting venture financings (seed through later rounds), advising founders and management on formation and governance, and collaborating with specialists across technology, privacy and related corporate practices. The position offers client interaction, mentorship, and increasing deal responsibility.

2–4 years of experience in emerging companies, venture capital, or corporate transactional practice at a law firm
Experience with venture financings, startup formation, and general corporate matters preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced, team environment
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar
