A UK-qualified associate is sought to join a growing London employee benefits & compensation team focused on advising fast-growth and technology companies. The role centres on share incentive work (EMI, CSOP, growth shares and other non-qualified arrangements) across advisory, plan design, drafting and implementation.

The position offers regular cross-border work with US colleagues on UK/US matters and close collaboration with corporate teams on financings, M&A and IPO-related incentive issues. The small team environment provides high client exposure, hands-on experience and clear progression opportunities.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a valid practising certificate (or eligible to obtain one).
2–5 years PQE with majority experience in employee share incentives.
Strong technical knowledge of EMI, CSOP, growth shares and other non-qualified plans; experience advising on tax and valuation considerations.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment; strong commercial judgement and interpersonal skills.
Experience with cross-border (UK/US) incentive issues or familiarity with US arrangements is a plus.
