- Juris Doctor (or equivalent)
- Approximately 2 years’ post-qualification experience in employee benefits/executive compensation work
- Admission to practice in Pennsylvania
- Experience with ERISA-qualified retirement plans, 401(k), health and welfare plan documents, and related drafts and filings
- Transaction experience: benefits/compensation diligence, drafting purchase-agreement-related provisions, and advising on incentive/retention arrangements
