Day-to-day work includes managing OSHA-related litigation and investigations, counseling clients on safety programs and policies, coordinating with outside counsel and vendors, and representing clients in negotiations and mediations. - J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required
- Admission to practice in the applicable state bar (Pittsburgh office)
- Strong written and oral communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
