Experienced employment litigation attorney sought to join a national labor & employment practice, based in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on OSHA and workplace safety matters, advising employers on federal and state compliance, regulatory response, and crisis management.

Day-to-day work includes managing OSHA-related litigation and investigations, counseling clients on safety programs and policies, coordinating with outside counsel and vendors, and representing clients in negotiations and mediations. Collaborative, team-based environment with opportunities to work across related labor & employment issues.

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
  • 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required
  • Admission to practice in the applicable state bar (Pittsburgh office)
  • Strong written and oral communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
